粤港澳大湾区气象研究院2025年度 第一批公开招聘公告
根据工作需要,现启动粤港澳大湾区气象研究院2025年度第一批公开招聘。
粤港澳大湾区气象研究院(简称“研究院”)2023年经中国气象局批复组建,是以中国气象局广州热带海洋气象研究所为核心,整合湾区内各类气象科研机构形成的国家级科技创新平台,为服务粤港澳大湾区建设和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”国家战略及气象现代化建设提供气象科技支撑。
根据工作需要,现启动粤港澳大湾区气象研究院2025年度第一批公开招聘工作,有关事项公告如下:
一、招聘需求
(一)粤港澳大湾区气象监测预警预报中心研究岗(岗位代码:GBAA202501)

1.岗位条件
(1)年龄在40周岁以下,具有气象、计算机、电子信息、数学等相关专业博士研究生学历、博士学位。具有气象、人工智能相关经验者优先。
(2)具有国家级项目经验或科研成果在国家级业务单位应用。
(3)在国内外学术期刊上发表的论文有较高的引用率。
(4)其他学术地位、水平与此相当的人选。

2.主要职责:
(1)开展资料同化方法与数值预报模式研发与应用研究(数值预报资料同化方向)。
(2)气象预报大模型技术研发,大语言模型气象应用研发(人工智能气象应用方向)。
(3)主持或参与申报、开展各类科研项目。
(4)根据预警中心实际工作需要,承担各项学术研究与业务应用工作。

(二)佛山市龙卷风研究中心研究岗(岗位代码:GBAA202502)

1.岗位条件
(1)年龄在40周岁以下,具有气象、计算机、电子信息、人工智能、数学等相关专业博士研究生学历、博士学位。
(2)具备以下其中之一的研究基础或工作经历:气象雷达观测技术与数据应用、资料同化与可预报性、极端天气(如龙卷、超级单体等)动力机制与数值模拟、人工智能等。具有国(境)外工作或学习经历者优先。
(3)从事强对流灾害天气的形成机制、致灾机理和监测预警研究和开发工作,具有承担国家级项目的经历或在国内外学术期刊上发表的论文有较高的引用率。
(4)具有较强的科研能力、创新意识和良好的团队协作精神,能够独立承担科研项目,推动学科发展。

2.主要职责:
(1)瞄准龙卷风监测预警国内外发展前沿,开展龙卷等强对流天气预报关键技术研究。
(2)协助龙卷风中心主任、团队首席制定发展规划,完成团队重点攻关任务。
(3)完成粤港澳大湾区气象研究院和佛山市龙卷风研究中心交办的其他工作。

(三)阳江市气象保障技术研究中心研究岗(岗位代码:GBAA202503)

1.岗位条件
(1)年龄在40周岁以下,具有人工智能相关专业博士研究生学历、博士学位。
(2)有以下其中之一的研究基础或工作经历:气象多源数据协同处理技术与数据应用、强对流天气动力机制与数值模拟、人工智能、强对流灾害天气的形成机制、致灾机理和监测预警研究开发或海洋经济气象服务工作等。
(3)具有承担国家级项目的经历或在国内外学术期刊上发表的论文有较高的引用率。
(4)具有较强的科研能力、创新意识和良好的团队协作精神,能够独立承担科研项目,推动学科发展。

2.主要职责:
(1)聚焦海洋经济气象服务与灾害性天气预报领域的国内外发展前沿,依托人工智能等先进技术开展定制化预报关键技术研究。
(2)协助阳江市气象保障技术研究中心和近海经济产业气象保障重点实验室制定发展规划,完成团队重点攻关任务。
(3)完成粤港澳大湾区气象研究院及阳江市气象局交办的其他工作。

人工智能气象应用岗位1人。
(四)珠澳气象创新与应用研究中心研究岗(岗位代码:GBAA202504)

1.岗位条件
(1)年龄在40周岁以下,具有气象、人工智能相关专业博士研究生学历、博士学位。
(2)具有较强的科研能力和创新精神,能够独立承担科研项目,同时具备可统筹跨部门、跨团队协作的能力。
(3)具有较强气象创新应用或气象技术研发能力,应用研究方向为气象大数据应用、人工智能等相关领域。
(4)具有国(境)外学习或工作经历者优先,具有副高级或以上职称优先。

2.主要职责:
(1)掌握气象科技前沿动态,运用人工智能等新一代信息技术开展气象技术研发。
(2)统筹实施重点科研项目,承担关键技术攻关任务。
(3)联合粤港澳大湾区“1+N”科技创新平台参与技术研究应用推广,以及气象科技创新等各项工作。
(4)完成粤港澳大湾区气象研究院及珠澳气象创新与应用研究中心交办的其他工作。

3.招聘人数:
人工智能气象应用岗位1名。
(五)新丰国家大气本底站业务观测运行维护岗(岗位代码:GBAA202505)
-
1.岗位条件
(1)年龄在40周岁以下,具有大气物理、环境学专业或计算机等相关专业背景的大学学历、学士学位或硕士研究生学历、硕士学位。
具有温室气体、气溶胶、反应性气体观测、大气环境监测以及计算机相关工作经验者优先。
(3)应具备较强的工作责任心以及业务值班守班意识。通过业务培训后,要能够独立承担国家大气本底站业务观测运行维护工作,协助或独立开展观测数据库建设和数据平台开发工作,且需具备良好的团队协作精神。

2.主要职责:
(1)依照大气本底观测业务管理规定,负责新丰国家大气本底站业务观测运行维护、观测数据库建设以及数据平台开发等工作。
(2)工作职责与岗位考核统一参照中国气象局关于大气本底观测业务管理的相关规定和要求。
(3)协助“热带环境气象研究中心”的科研人员,推进新丰国家大气本底站观测数据的应用与服务。
(4)完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

3.招聘人数:
业务观测运行维护岗1-2位。

二、招聘程序

(二)资格审查:研究院办公室将对应聘者提交的材料进行资格审查,确定符合招聘条件的候选人。

(三)面试考核:通过资格审查的候选人将通过直接面试方式参加考核,具体时间和地点另行通知。

(四)体检:经过面试考核,按招聘岗位数1:1的比例确定体检人员,体检工作严格按照《广东省事业单位公开招聘人员体检实施细则(试行)》实施。

(五)聘用:对体检合格的拟聘用人员进行不少于7个工作日的公示,经公示无反映或反映问题不影响聘用的,按照相关规定办理聘用手续。

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Academy of Meteorological Research (hereinafter referred to as GBA Academy) is a national science and technology innovation platform that serves the construction of GBA, the goal of meteorological modernization, and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” national strategy. China Meteorology Administration (CMA) approved to set up GBA Academy in 2023, which centers upon the Guangzhou Institute of Tropical and Marine Meteorology, CMA, and aim to provide a platform to integrate various meteorological scientific research institutions in the Bay Area.
We are now launching the first round of public recruitment for the GBA Academy for the year 2025. The relevant announcements are as follows:

Research position
At the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Meteorological Monitoring and Warning Centre
Position Code: GBAA202501

Vacancies available:2 in total
1 for numerical forecasting data assimilation research; and 1 for artificial intelligence meteorological application position.

Requirements
-
Must be under 40 years old and hold a doctoral degree in meteorology, computer science, electronic information, mathematics, or related fields. Candidates with experience in meteorology or artificial intelligence will be preferred.

Experience with state-level projects or research achievements applied in state-level units.

Have published highly-cited paper on academic journals in domestic and abroad.

Candidates with comparable academic status and qualifications.

Duties
-
For numerical forecasting data assimilation position: conduct R&D and application studies on data assimilation and numerical forecasting models if you are focusing on numerical forecasting data assimilation.

For artificial intelligence applications in meteorology position: develop key technologies for large meteorological forecasting models and develop applications of large language models.

Lead or engage in the applying and conducting various research projects.

Must be under 40 years old and hold a doctoral degree in meteorology, computer science, electronic information, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related fields.

Have research backgrounds or work experiences in at least one of the following disciplines:

Meteorological radar observation technology and data application;

Data assimilation and predictability;

Dynamics and numerical simulation of extreme weather (such as tornadoes, supercells, etc.);

Must be under 40 years old and hold a PhD in meteorology, artificial intelligence, or related fields.

Strong research capabilities and innovative spirit, able to independently undertake research projects while having the ability to coordinate cross-departmental and cross-team collaboration.

Able to innovate meteorological application or develop meteorological technology, research direction in application of meteorological big data, artificial intelligence, and related fields.

Operational Maintenance Position
At the Xinfeng National Atmospheric Background Station Operational Maintenance Position

1-2 for the operational maintenance position.

Requirements
-
Must be under 40 years old, and hold a Bachelor degree or Postgraduate degree in atmospheric physics, environmental science, computer science, or related fields.

With work experience in greenhouse gas, aerosol, reactive gas observation, atmospheric environment monitoring, or relevant work experience in computer.

Must have a strong sense of work responsibility and awareness of duty during shifts. After training, should be able to independently handle the operational maintenance of the National Atmospheric Background Station(NABS), assist or independently carry out the construction observation database and the development of data platform, and possess good teamwork spirit.

Duties
-
In accordance with the management regulations for atmospheric background observation, responsible for the operational observation and maintenance of the Xinfeng NABS, the construction of observation database, and the development of data platform.

Job duties and performance evaluation will refer to the relevant regulations and requirements set by the China Meteorological Administration regarding atmospheric background observation management.

Assist researchers from the Tropical Environmental Meteorology Research Center to promote the application and service of observation data from the Xinfeng NABS.

Qualification Review: Submitted materials will be reviewed by the GBA Academy's office and then determine candidates that meet the recruitment criteria.

Interview Assessment: Candidates who pass the qualification review will participate in an interview assessment, with the specific time and location to be announced later.

Physical Examination: After the interview assessment, a 1:1 ratio of candidates to be examined will be determined based on the number of positions available. The physical examination will be conducted strictly according to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examinations of Public Recruitment Personnel in Guangdong Province (Trial)".
