· The sea surface monitoring FY-3E sea wind product
The sea surface monitoring FY-3E sea wind product is an orbital product using FY-3E satellite wind field measurement radar WindRAD instrument data with a spatial resolution of 10km.
· The sea surface temperature anomaly product
The sea surface temperature anomaly product is a fusion of FY-4B AGRI and FY-3E satellite microwave hygrometer MWHS-II, which provides daily SST distribution in the Asia-Pacific region with a spatial resolution of 4km.
· The forest fire point product
The forest fire point product uses Himawari-9 satellite 3.9um and 11.2um channel data and is a grid point product.
Typhoon Track
Typhoon Cyclone(TC) Track is mainly divided into two parts: TC list and TC information
· TC list
The TC list defaults to displaying the code and name, Issued time, and Local release station of the nearest typhoon; You can choose to view the actual situation and predicted path of TCs released on platforms such as Beijing, Japan, Guam, Hong Kong, TRAMS 9km, ECWMF; You can choose to view historical TCs through the dropdown menu of TC names. After moving the mouse into the TC path node, a floating window of TC real-time information will be displayed, which includes information about the TC, TC intensity, release time, current location latitude and longitude, central pressure, maximum wind force, and wind field ranges of 22kt, 28kt, 34kt, 48kt, and 64kt.
· TC information
Typhoon auxiliary information includes the following functions:
(1) Current wind field
There are options for wind field of 22kt, 28kt, 34kt, 48kt, and 64kt. After selecting them, draw wind fields of different colors corresponding to the wind strength level on the map's TC path with the current publishing time node as the center
Green indicates wind field of 22kt
Blue indicates wind field of 28kt
Yellow indicates wind field of 34kt
Red indicates wind field of 48kt
Orange indicates wind field of 64kt
(2) Gale effect
There are options for wind field of 22kt, 28kt, 34kt, 48kt, and 64kt. After selecting them, draw wind fields of different colors corresponding to the wind strength level on the map's TC path with the past publishing time node as the center
Green indicates wind field of 22kt
Blue indicates wind field of 28kt
Yellow indicates wind field of 34kt
Red indicates wind field of 48kt
Orange indicates wind field of 64kt
(3) Tropical cyclone track
Including Forecast track, Potential track area, All forecast, Past track and Historical track.
There are six options for Tropical cyclone track in the Next 24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour, 96-hour, and 120-hour, as well as None. The default selection is the Tropical cyclone track for the next 120-hour; If the expected survival time of the current TC exceeds 120 hours after selection, the Tropical cyclone track of the TC for the next 120-hour will be displayed on the map.
After selecting the Potential track area, draw a yellow semi-transparent fan-shaped forecast Potential track area on the map starting from the current issued time of the TC; The longer the forecast time, the larger the potential track area.
When All forecast is selected, all hours of the forecast track of the current TC will be plotted on the map
After selecting the Forecast track, a table of information on the TC's maximum forecast track for the next 120 hours will pop up, including Time, Longitude, Latitude, Intensity, Central pressure, Central wind, moving direction, Moving speed, and other informations.
After selecting the Past track, a table of information of the TC’s past track will pop up, including Time, Longitude, Latitude, Intensity, Central pressure, Central wind, moving direction, and Moving speed.
(4) Other information
There are 3 options: main city, warning zone, and legend:
After selecting the main city, zoom in to the 3-level map using the mouse wheel and display the names of the main cities in the coastal areas
After selecting the warning zone, a yellow dashed line warning zone and a red solid line warning zone centered on Guangdong Province will be displayed in the South China Sea area on the map
1) The yellow dashed line represents that when the TC reaches this warning line, it will affect Guangdong Province within 48 hours
2) The red solid line represents that when the TC reaches this warning line, it will affect Guangdong Province within 24 hours
After selecting the legend, a legend pop-up window will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the map to explain the TC legend; As shown in the following figure:
